OUR FARMING OPERATIONS
The Foundation of Our Supply Chain
We own approximately 17,500 hectares of farmland in Córdoba and Santiago del Estero and cultivate additional leased land in Salta, Argentina. Our farming operations provide most of our supply, giving us direct oversight of production from planting to harvest.
Farming in different regions reduces our reliance on growing conditions in any single area. Our agronomy team plans crop rotations and planting schedules according to local conditions, helping us manage production risks and support continuity of supply.

CO-GROWING & SELECTIVE SOURCING
Strengthening Our Supply Through Trusted Partnerships
We complement our own farming through production agreements with growers and selected purchases from approved suppliers. Together, these relationships broaden our supply base and support continuity of supply.

We work with growers through production agreements, establishing food safety, quality and traceability requirements from the outset. These partnerships extend our production network into additional growing areas.
01 — RECEPTION
INBOUND TRANSPORT & RECEPTION
Where Every Lot's Traceability Begins
We coordinate transport from our farms, co-growing partners and approved suppliers to the processing facility. Reception checks and lot identification establish the records used throughout processing, storage and shipment.
Transport is scheduled according to harvest progress, product availability and reception capacity. Vehicle cleanliness and suitability are checked before loading to help protect crops during transit.

02 — PROCESSING
PROCESSING & QUALITY CONTROL
Certified Processing with Full Traceability
Our BRCGS-certified facility in Chalacea, Argentina, operates two independent processing lines for pulses, chia seeds and popcorn maize. Products are processed and checked against agreed specifications, with records maintained for each lot.
Mechanical cleaning removes unwanted material, while grading separates products by size. Optical sorting removes discoloured or defective grains and other unwanted material. Metal detection forms part of our controls before products are packed or prepared for bulk dispatch.
Third-Party Processing Services
We offer certified cleaning and processing services under the same procedures, controls, and food-safety standards used for our own products.

STORAGE & RELEASE
Protected Storage. Controlled Release.
Products are stored under controlled conditions, with lot identification maintained throughout. Before dispatch, we review product status and supporting records to confirm that each shipment meets the agreed requirements.

Products are organised by lot and clearly identified in storage. Stock records track quantities, locations and movements, maintaining the link between incoming crops, processing records and finished products. Housekeeping, pest monitoring and checks on storage conditions help protect product quality. Products awaiting approval or requiring investigation are kept separate from released stock.
04 — LOGISTICS
LOGISTICS & DELIVERY
Coordinated Logistics. Reliable Global Supply.
Our logistics and customer service teams coordinate loading, inland transport and export shipments. We agree delivery arrangements with customers and keep them informed throughout the shipment process.

We arrange deliveries by truck and in 20-foot or 40-foot containers, according to the product, packaging and destination. Vehicles and containers are checked for cleanliness, condition and suitability before loading. Road and rail connections link our operations with Argentina's export ports. Loading plans take account of weight limits and handling requirements to protect the cargo and make effective use of available capacity.
